SAMIC HYDRA HYD ZF range of lubricants are supreme performance Zinc Free Ashless anti-wear hydraulic oils formulated with high-quality base stocks and advanced additive technology. They are designed to work efficiently in hydraulic systems operating under severe conditions, where high levels of anti-wear and oil film strength protection are desired. Moreover, they are also designed to work in systems where high hydrolytic stability is required, even in the presence of high moisture content in hydraulic systems. Illustrates reduced environmental impact in the event of leak or accidental spillage, when compared to conventional zinc-based hydraulic fluids. This is achieved by using zinc-free anti-wear technology and low-sulfur base oils. These oils are classified as ‘not harmful’ to freshwater and marine invertebrates when tested as water-accommodated fractions (WAFs) according to OECD and EPA test guidelines. For applications that experience wide temperature variations please refer to ‘SAMIC HYDRA HYD HVI ZF series’.

Features & Benefits
• Outstanding hydrolytic, thermal & oxidation stability helps in extending the life of oil and filter.
• Excellent demulsibility property of oil protects hydraulic systems from small quantities of moisture and
also separates readily from larger quantities of water.
• Excellent anti-wear properties and outstanding film strength provide exceptional equipment
protection, that not only results in fewer breakdowns but also helps improve production efficiency.
• Excellent protection from rust and corrosion of multi-metallurgy system components, especially in
Hydraulic systems with Silver (Ag) components.
